This week I had the opportunity to help a Mom who wants to purchase her daughter a luxury handbag. She knows I love Louis Vuitton from watching my channel so she asked me to assist. I was very happy to help. I first had to think when I went for my initial purchase not knowing what I know today. What I did know is I worked very hard to save money to buy something special, just for me. I also hoped it would help me elevate my look and style.
Luxury brands can elevate not only your style but your self-esteem. It’s a boost to the ego to have something pretty, special and unique. It’s even more exciting when collecting to have those special pieces that bring attention when you pull them out. My desire to have a collection made to work hard to make sure I can always purchase things I want. Sometimes I feel like they are trophies. I can tell a story about almost every handbag I own.
Luxury is not necessary, it’s just that, luxury. It is nice to see the frivolous fruit of your labor. Sometimes you don’t just want to pay a bill or save another dollar, you want a splurge and something that lets you know your work went to something fabulous and fancy. 💋
